Simon is a trained molecular biologist and an entrepreneur at heart. He obtained his PhD from the Max-Planck Institute of Experimental Medicine, and, before co-founding labfolder, he worked as an M&A consultant, sold used cars to Finland and socks and boxershorts on the internet. For him, building labfolder is the opportunity to improve a crucial part of society and economy: the research, the lab work, the development that leads to all the great technology which makes everyone’s life so much more convenient, safe, and colorful.
