Earn up to €500/$600 in discounts on your next invoice for every laboratory you referred which becomes a new Labfolder customer.

How it works


Help us digitize every last paper-based laboratory in the world! Introduce your contact person at Labforward to any laboratory team you believe might benefit from Labfolder, and if they purchase at least 5 annual licenses for the Labfolder Advanced version, your lab will receive a discount on its next invoice.

  • The value of the discount depends on whether you referred an academic lab (€250/$300 discount) or an industry lab (€500/$600 discount).
  • The discount can only be applied to future invoices.
  • There is no limit on the number of new customers you can refer.

Who can participate


This offer is only available to laboratory organizations which are existing Labfolder customers (must have purchased Labfolder Advanced Version licenses). You can refer any laboratory that:

  • has not previously started a Labfolder pilot
  • is not currently a customer of Labfolder
  • is not covered by your current licensing agreement (ex. organization-wide agreement)

How do I refer


These are only a few steps you need to take to earn your reward:

  1. Ask your peers at other laboratories if they still use paper lab notebooks, and if so, share your experience with Labfolder with them. If you manage to get them interested, offer to introduce them to your contact person.
  2. Send an email introducing your Labfolder contact person to the person who is interested to learn more. That’s it, your work is done and we’ll take it from there!
  3. Our team will follow up on your introduction, demo Labfolder and support your referral throughout the usual process, including onboarding.
  4. If your referral purchases Labfolder licenses, we will notify you when we received payment and automatically apply the earned discount on your next invoice!
